On-line registration has closed.

It is not too late to register for SimHealth 2011! To register please fill out the Onsite Registration Form and bring this with you to the registration desk, Level 3 of the Hilton Sydney. Copies of the registration form will be available onsite. Credit card payment must be made in full to register for SimHealth (Diners Club credit card not accepted).

Please note the registration desk for the Pre-Conference Workshops on Monday 12 September will be located on Level 4 of the Hilton Sydney.

  • Early Bird Discounted Rate is applicable when received on or before Thursday, 16 June 2011
  • Standard Rate fees are applicable when received on or after Friday, 19 August 2011
  • Late Rate fees are applicable when received on or after Saturday, 20 August 2011

Please note: To qualify for the above rates full payment must be received on or before the scheduled date. If full payment is not received your registration fee will increase to the Standard Rate and then Late Rate.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform the Professional Conference Organisers, Consec, in writing of their inability to attend. Cancellations received before Thursday, 11 August 2011 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $110.00. Cancellations after Thursday, 11 August 2011 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee. Any changes made to a registration, including accommodation, within seven (7) days of the Conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.

By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Payment of Fees

All conference and function payments must be received prior to the Conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the Conference you will not have access, unless full payment (credit card only) is made upon your arrival. Please note Diners Club credit cards are not accepted.

Registration

SimHealth reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Refuse or reject the application of any person seeking registration; or
  • Cancel the registration of any registrant at this conference (with full or pro rata refund dependent on the timing of such cancellation but without payment of any other form of compensation) without the provision of any reasons.
